Wage policy includes the management of all compensations (wage and fringe) and the compensations with which the organization satisfies its people, as consideration for their contribution to the organization goals, which is expressed by the performance of their jobs.
Our work in this area aims to:
- Design salary structures and salary benefits.
- Process design variables related to compensation and salary review processes, change of level, technical career, etc.
As part of the models and compensation processes, we collaborate on the design of models of payment in kind, and in particular, in flexible remuneration processes..
It is intended to provide a framework which allows the employee to ease monetary compensation so he can contract specific products which provides significant tax benefits.
